We are seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bread manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality bread products, while also managing costs, improving processes, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Management:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Safety and Health:
Ensure a safe working setting for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.

Team Management and Development:
Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and production operators.
Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Maintenance and Engineering:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or operations management).
