Position Summary

We are seeking a agile and innovative Manager(AM ~ Manager) to lead team of Engineers in R&D; department and collaborate with other departments to align R&D; efforts with business goals. .

The candidate will be responsible for managing and directing all the activities of the department, including project management, product development, research operations, Benchmarking activities & market investigation.

The candidate has a background in engineering, coupled with a strong business acumen and leadership skills.

Candidate should be well-versed in the latest industry trends and technologies and be able to guide our research team to success.

Job Responsibilities 1

Actively participate in the project planning phase, working closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, outline deliverables,



establish realistic timelines & ensure that resources are allocated appropriately

Responsibilities -

1.BEV/HEV components localization (Inverter, Battery Pack, Controllers, Sensors etc).

2.Suppliers, Manufacturing Plant & Customer handling to deliver project on time.

3.Prototyping, product testing, Reporting

Job Responsibilities 2

Actively participate in market investigation to check OEM/Competitor's technology trend, conclude results & timely report to management, Support team to conduct benchmarking, Organise trainings to update member's skill of new technology

Responsibilities -

1.Monitor Electric mobility trend & prepare proposal for India specific product requirements,

2.BEV/HEV architecture & components benchmarking,

3.Monitor competitor's movement & report timely within dept.

Experience

Education: Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engin
