Job description:-

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
5. Validating the adequacy of project resources to guarantee timely project completion, selecting tools, materials, and equipment, and tracking inventory
6. Meet contractual conditions of performance
7. Review the work progress daily
8. Sound knowledge of Primavera P6 Project templates, schedules, Global codes, resource codes, Calendars, EPS, OBS hierarchies, and Cost codes for Managers and stakeholders.
9. Knowledge of creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Level and updating Actuals, Scheduling, Controlling, and Monitoring the Status periodically.
10. Should know about Preparing the EPC Project Schedules

Use "What if" analysis to assess the time implications of any changes, variations, or potential events in the first phases and provide alternative options and advice before instructing contractors.
12. Comprehensive assessment of claims like Extension of Time and notify the contractor of delays caused by their slow performance.
13. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
14. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
15. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
16. Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
17. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Required Candidate profile:-

1. Proven working experience in construction management software and dashboards
2. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details,
