Job Title: Store Manager – Apparel Brand
Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and agile Store Manager with over 3 years of experience in managing retail operations, preferably in the apparel sector. The ideal candidate should be capable of overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the store, leading the team towards achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role demands an individual who is result-oriented, a strong leader, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:

Target Achievement: The Store Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the store. This includes strategizing to maximize sales, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring that the store meets and exceeds its goals.
Sales Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales reports to assess performance and implement corrective actions if necessary. Use KPIs and sales metrics to optimize strategies that will drive performance.
Team Leadership:

Team Management:



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates and assistant store managers to perform at their best. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and encourage a positive, proactive attitude toward achieving the store’s objectives.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Ensure all team members are well-versed with the brand, store policies, and visual merchandising standards.
Staff Scheduling: Oversee staff scheduling to ensure the store is adequately staffed during peak hours and that the team is working efficiently to achieve targets.
Customer Service:

Customer Experience: Create an exceptional in-store experience by maintaining high levels of customer service. Ensure that the store environment is welcoming and that team members are engaging with customers
