The Event Security Specialist will provide strategic security oversight and implementing effective security measures for complex medium to large-scale corporate events, both internal and public facing, at our client's sites.
Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Uphold the principles of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all security operations and client interactions.
- Assist with planning, coordinating,
and supervising security operations for various Ensure all safety protocols and security guidelines are strictly adhered to.
- Be prepared for approximately 40% domestic travel and potential limited international travel to assist regional teams with event security requirements.
- Adapt to adaptable schedules including extended days, evenings, and weekends as dictated by event needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with domestic and international law enforcement, private sector peers, and internal/external stakeholders to enhance event security efforts.
- Conduct thorough security assessments of event venues and coordinate security measures in response to identified risks.
- Handle the challenges posed by last-minute changes with a calm and composed approach.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall security framework.
- All other duties, as assigned.
