Role & responsibilities

- Able to manage team of Field Executives (Approx. 10 - 20 people).
- Prepare Data and MIS as per requirement in excel.
- Support people in working at filed for any kind of technical or non-technical challenges comes and provide solution.
- Able to travel in field for necessary work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

He must be son of soil, residing within 15-25 KM of radius from work location

Age must be between 21 40 Yrs

Completed his graduation.

CIBIL score must be 600 and above.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Effectively manage and lead a team of approximately 10–20 Field. 2.Executives to ensure smooth execution of field operations.

3.Prepare and maintain accurate data and MIS reports using Microsoft 4.Excel or similar tools, as per operational requirements.

5.Provide hands-on support to field staff by resolving both technical and non-technical issues. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and guidance.

6.Willingness to travel across designated field areas to oversee activities, provide support, and ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
