Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the FOS team to achieve performance targets.

Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Operational Oversight

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Monitor field activities and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Performance Monitoring

Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on team performance.

Identify gaps and implement corrective measures for improvement.

Customer Interaction

Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Training & Development:

Conduct training sessions for current hires and existing team members.

Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Prepare Data and MIS as per requirement in excel.




- Support people in working at filed for any kind of technical or non-technical challenges comes and provide solution.
- Able to travel in field for necessary work.
