Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet operations across Bangalore & Chennai
- Manage fleet utilization, deployment & performance
- Handle vendor relationships & aggregator partnerships
- Ensure timely vehicle availability
- Monitor operational KPIs and optimize costs
- Drive vendor onboarding & negotiations
- Maintain compliance with safety and legal standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in logistics/fleet management
- Experience with aggregator-based models
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset
