Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Should have experience in Accounts & Finance Head.

- Will head of team of 7-8 people in corporate office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct variance analysis, and report findings to senior management.

Analyze and manage manufacturing cost elements, including raw materials, inventory, and production costs.

2.Taxation & Compliance:

Handle GST, TDS, and corporate tax matters, ensuring accurate filing and compliance.

Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.

Liaise with auditors and tax authorities for timely completion of audits and assessments.

- Management Reporting:

Develop MIS reports and dashboards for insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Provide financial data analysis to senior management for evaluating business performance.

- Financial Controls & Process Improvement:

Implement internal control measures to mitigate risks and ensure process efficiency.
