Job Overview :
The Business Systems Analyst (S/4 HANA CFIN) is responsible for providing expert support, configuration, and troubleshooting for SAP S/4 HANA Finance systems, ensuring smooth system implementation and document replication. The role involves collaborating with business users, delivering strategic insights, and managing financial processes to optimize operations.

Job Description
Responsibilities :
* Business Support: Provide quick support for a newly deployed system and resolve issues timely.
* ECC/CFIN/S4: Have full understanding of document replication from ECC with understanding of ECC system
plus understanding of S4 system.
* Hands on configuration experience in S4 Hana Finance
* Developing documentation: Creating and maintaining business requirements, Solution Requirements,
business process flows, and functional specifications.
* Acting as specialists in SAP CFIN/FICO during implementations.
* Participating in project cutover activities:



Preparing and reconciling initial load templates.
* Working with business users: Conducting sessions with business users as needed.
* Collaborating with the Basis team: Providing guidance during troubleshooting.
* Delivering strategic business insights: Helping business make informed decisions to optimize operations.

Requirements :
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP with a focus on S/4 Hana platform
* Positive experience in S4 Hana financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts
* Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) is a huge plus
* Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models
* Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems
* Ability to analyze business requirements and develop fit to standard solution. Provide optimal options to
bridge solution gaps.
