Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or a related field, with hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and data interpretation skills to support effective decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Proficiency in standard business tools, including Excel and ERP or procurement systems, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to c
