JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to execute, review and promote the total MRF & Ecom sales & distribution activities for Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

KEY RESULT AREAS

à Plan, Execute & Promote the MRF & Ecom business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

à Build the team in scope towards achieving the organization objective.

à Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.

à Product management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)

à Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).

à Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.

à Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.

à Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.

à Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.





à Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.

à Build and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities.

à Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback.

à Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.

à Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakages, damages & transit losses.

à Ensure proper merchandising at MRF Stores.

à Ensure the availability of all products / variants / SKU’s in the respective MRF’s & Ecom channels City / Town wise.

à Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

à Daily, periodical MIS reports.

à Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,

à Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

à Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
