We are seeking a VDC Specialist, a qualified who utilizes digital modeling tools and workflows to improve the planning, design, and execution of AEC projects. Developing and sustaining comprehensive 3D models across multiple fields, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), structural, and architectural systems.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop technology execution strategy aligned with project proposals and staffing estimates.
- Author, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BxP).
- Develop BIM documentation and enforce workflow process standards.




- Ensure proper project closeout.
- Train and support project teams to maintain BIM standards within the modeling environment.
- Facilitate BIM meetings and conduct training sessions.
- Maintain relationships with Clients, AE, Trade, and GC partners.
- Mentor BIM Specialists (Level I–III).

BIM & Project Management
- Configure and manage CDE, including permissions for design software.
- Set up or delegate building models/templates as per company/client standards.
- Enforce clash detection and resolution processes across disciplines.
- Perform model audits and health checks across projects.
- Ensure coordination across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Automation & Innovation
- Create automation workflows and data extraction processes to reduce manual work.
- Research new tools, applications, and workflows.
- Test and implement software upgrades.
