About this Role





We are seeking an IT Business Partner to lead and shape the IT agenda for the Enterprise Service Line within VOIS. This role plays a critical part in aligning technology strategy with business priorities, supporting service redesign, and enabling sustainable growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, the individual will collaborate closely with Enterprise stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, enhance service delivery, and drive innovation, while representing IT across Service Line leadership forums.

- Align IT strategy and initiatives with Enterprise Service Line business objectives to enable measurable outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs into explicit, prioritised IT requirements and high-level solutions.
