Responsibilities
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Manager with strong expertise in Blue Prism to lead automation initiatives, manage delivery teams, and drive intelligent automation across business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end RPA program delivery using Blue Prism, from process assessment to production deployment.
- Manage and mentor RPA developers and analysts, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define automation roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and SDLC standards.
- Oversee solution design, code reviews, and production support.
- Track automation KPIs, benefits realization, and operational performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with 4+ years in RPA/Intelligent Automation.
- Robust hands-on and leadership experience with Blue Prism (Design Studio, Object Studio, Control Room).
- Experience in process assessment, PDD/SDD creation, and solution architecture.
- Exposure to integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
