Qualification - Chemical Engineer preferred OR Post Graduate in Chemistry.
BE – Chemicals / Textiles/MSc – Chemistry.
Budgeted CTC 8 lakhs
Total Experiance : 6 Years
Language - Should speak Tamil; knowledge of other southern languages will be an added advantage
Job Description: Responsible for achieving sales & realizations for chemical products - Sodium Sulphate, Sulphuric Acid in the Entire South India region.
- To achieve sales targets of Sodium Sulfate through direct sales to institutions and through dealers.
- To identify, develop & bring business from new customers.
- To work with importers to reduce imports and bring them into our fold
- To maintain a healthy relationship with customers throughout. Achieve Sodium Sulfate Realization Target
- To work on maximizing sales of high-paying customers, Working Capital management
- To ensure payment receipts by the due date from all the credit sales customers so that there is no Overdue on a weekly basis.
- Regular customer engagement to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To ensure the rapid resolution of customer complaints.
- Strive for customer value creation through technical, commercial & logistic support and build loyalty MIS.
- Keeping a track of market scenario, competitors’ activities - sales qty / pricing, Imports - qty / price / landed cost, etc.
- Provide appropriate, timely inputs on market scenario, market trend estimates, pricing, discounts, etc., to make timely decisions to maximize sales in the South region.
- Ensure appropriate & timely preparation of the Monthly MIS Work with Unis.
- Experienced Chemical Sales in Dealer and Distributor mode;
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP, Excel, Power point is must
