Overview:
The Syniti Lead (Tech Lead) / Data Lead plays a pivotal role in leading data management initiatives within the organization. As a critical member of the data team, this position is responsible for overseeing data architecture, data integration, and ensuring data quality across various systems. The Syniti Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enable business intelligence and analytics. This role not only requires strong technical expertise in data management and cloud technologies but also demands excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills to influence a diverse group of stakeholders. By leveraging the Syniti platform and tools, the Data Lead aims to optimize data processes, enhance overall data governance, and drive strategic data initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives. The position is essential for ensuring the organization’s data assets are well-managed, secure, and effectively used to contribute to informed decision-making.
SKILL-
- 12 plus years of IT Development experience.




- Must have 4 plus years of development experience using Syniti tool. Hands on development experience for Data Profiling, Data Quality, SAP Entity / Object mapping and transformation is necessary.
- 2 plus years of experience in data profiling, data quality and data governance is necessary. Resource need to work with Business SME and Business users for DQ business rules and DQ enrichment.
- Must have valuable SAP ERP background. 2 plus years of SAP development experience using ABAP coding.
- Must have good understanding of entity mapping from legacy ERP to SAP S3/ S4 HANA
- Must have ability lead ETL development / Syniti development team.
- Experience of working in matrix organization and multi vendor collaboration
- Must have good experience in CICD/ DevOps process and knowledge of Agile development process
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
