Manage the following P&L; processes for the Home Equity Fulfillment team:

- Annual budgeting process
- Monthly Outlook process
- Month-end close process
- Monthly P&L; reporting. This requires a thorough understanding of expense expectations and variance analysis by team.
- Allocation of monthly Fulfillment costs to appropriate sites / channels
- Lead monthly expense reviews for Home Equity leadership and business leaders. Communicate findings and required actions in a explicit and concise format.
- General ledger research and resolution required by business partners
- Ownership of Fulfillment cost study required for annual FAS91 process
- Provide reporting and supporting analysis to drive initiatives around expense management. This includes building models to make recommendations on enhancing business performance.
- Complete complex ad hoc requests using multiple data sources to analyze and predict results. Requires in-depth knowledge of the business supported.
- Build strong partnerships and provide consultation with leaders supported
- Some business travel may be required
