Your responsibilities will extend to meticulous tracking and analysis of local commercial real estate markets, preparing detailed reports on market trends and economic indicators, and serving as a trusted advisor with a profound understanding of macro and micro factors influencing the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expertly craft and refine financial models using advanced Excel functions such as SUM, PMI, NPV, IRR, and VLOOKUP.
- Conduct thorough analysis of local real estate markets, encompassing employment statistics, industry trends, and demographic insights.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to clients and management, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain a nuanced understanding of market dynamics and economic trends, leveraging research to drive informed decision-making and business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field; CFA, FRM qualification preferred.
- 1-7 years of experience in financial modeling, with a robust foundation in equity research, DCF modeling, Multi family assets or investment banking.
- Proven track record of managing workload, producing high-quality reports, and driving impactful programs.
- Extensive knowledge of local real estate markets and business dynamics, coupled with a keen understanding of macroeconomic trends.
- Proficiency in data collection, validation, and analysis, with a demonstrated ability to stay abreast of industry developments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems.
