Job Overview
The role of an Finance Co-ordinator is to understand contract and create database for contracts. He /She must audit contracts created by the Sales teams with the contract present in the internal software. He/She is responsible to create report exceptions and find the discrepancies and create queries to be corrected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Responsible for the All Enterprises & Private Practices complaints or request calls, resolve their queries and update Database for follow up purposes
> Maintain the highest level of documentation and process expertise, specific to the industry, client processes, applications/utilities, and products
> Maintain the highest level of culture and teamwork
> Handle all Call, Voice mails, Certification Letters as appropriate
> Share excel expertise and computer skills with the team
> Share latest updates with the team
> Help new team members
Requirements:
> Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred (Bcom, MCom)
> Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW
