This individual will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage internal controls, and maintain statutory compliance. They will also play a key role in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support informed business decisions.❖Key Responsibilities:•Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.•Oversee the closing of financial books and preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually).•Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.•Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.•Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.•Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.•Oversee the F&A; team (if applicable) and provide coaching and development opportunities.•Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.•Manage cash flow and maintain healthy relationships with banks.•Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

❖Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA-Inter CA preferred).•Experience: 7+ years of experience in a finance and accounting role.•Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., GenNext ERP, Tally etc).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and organizational skills.•Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial analysis techniques. Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations and tax laws.Additional Desirable Skills:•Experience with budgeting and forecasting.•Knowledge of internal controls frameworks.•Experience with financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel).•Experience in a supervisory role (if applicable).Desired Certifications:•Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) (preferred).•Other relevant accounting or finance certifications (e.g., Inter CA).
