We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Head to lead financial operations across our manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end accounting & financial reporting ✔ Drive costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement ✔ Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)

✔ Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance ✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning ✔ Monitor cash flow & working capital ✔ Manage retail finance operations & POS reconciliation ✔ Lead & mentor finance team across locations

Requirements





- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting & retail finance

- Expertise in cost accounting & inventory management

- Hands-on experience in GST & multi-location compliance

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems

- Leadership & team management ability

- Attention to detail with a business-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

- B.Com / Finance background
