- Responsible for the Service, Warranty & Spares of the Kerala Dealers (North & Central)
- Dealer Technician Training
- Responsible for Spares sales and inventory control
- Warranty management
- PGO development and training
- Dealer Service Station activation & infrastructure development and upgradation
- Dealer tools & equipments auditing
- Secondary Service network (ASC) development
- Product analyzing and submitting regular reports
- Customer complaint managing
- Legal/CDRF cases handling
Requirements
Academic Qualification: BE (Automobile/ Mech Engg)
Tech Qualification: MS Office, computer & internet knowledge
Specialization Required: Automobile field
Experience: 2 - 3 Years experience in Automobile
Field. EV experience is preferred
Communication Skills: English & Malayalam is must and Hindi communication is preferred .
Should be willing to travel 15 20 days in a month.
