- 5-10 years of experience in installation, commissioning and repair of UPS.
- Handling services & projects as per SLA.
- Should be highly technical. Should be well versed with analyzer, Imager and other PQA equipment.
- Servicing of UPS systems as per company SLA.
- Ready for extensive travelling.
- Look for service business opportunities.
- Ensuring productive service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining solid customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing personalized service solutions.
