Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves both B2B and B2C sales, focusing on developing and managing customer relationships within a designated local area. The ideal candidate will be locally hired and work remotely, leveraging their knowledge of the local market to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential B2B and B2C customers within the assigned local area.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and prospects.

- Conduct regular visits to customers' premises to understand their needs, present product offerings, and provide solutions.

- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales.

- Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and reports.





- Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.

- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with the local market and strong local network.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
