- We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and cutting-edge. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities :
- - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing existing customer base.
- - Increasing value of current clients while attracting new once
- - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys growth
- - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- - Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- - Assist in developing the strategy and execution plans in conjunction with the management.
- - Generate new prospects and ensure the prospects are converted to customers within a short period
- - Communicate the Product Value Propositions to customers/prospects
- - Accurate forecasts for products sales as input to production planning
- - First point contact for complaint handling from customers
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in business,communications, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skill.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
