Purpose of the role
The Fashion stylist is responsible to engage customers with utmost attentiveness and respect.
The incumbent is responsible to address all sought of queries pertaining to product knowledge,
schemes, guarantee/warranty/policy and help them make right jewellery purchase while ensuring that they have a wonderful customer experience with Melorra
1. Greeting customers, Listening to customer requirements, Offering information about availableproducts, Helping customers with decision-making, Closing sales
2. Takes charge of all the inventories in the store by entering them into the computer system
3. Helps in the daily display of all items that are available for sale in the store
4. Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
5. Achieving key conversion metrics such as ABV and ATV
6. Introduces sales promotion to customers so as to entice them to make purchases
7. Ensures that all products are well arranged in orderly manner
8. Properly operates a cash register and maintains all financial transaction effectively and efficiently too
9. Helps customers to make the right decisions so they can make the right jewellery purchases
10. Explains guarantee/warranty/policy on each piece purchased by a customer
