Candidates preferred from multi designer stores like Pernia's Popup, Ogaan, Ashni, Aza etc., also, from designers like Gaurav Gupta, Riddhi Mehra.
So candidates should also have worked for couture brands in the past and would have knowledge about customisation orders very importantly.
Store Manager Responsibilities:1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets alongside also managing the budget. 3. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic,
and enhance profitability. Hiring, training, and overseeing recent staff. 4. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.5 Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations. 6. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays. 7. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. 8 Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Monitoring inventory levels and orders.
