Role
- To be a part of a starting a new department that will bring previously outsourced worked inhouse.
- To work on in house projects from inception to implementation and upkeep. This will vary from easy semi - automated systems, robotic stations, QC Vision systems or fully leak testing units.
- Develop Company's design slandered and standard reusable platform.
- Identifying opportunities to consolidate electrical components and systems among different product models and optimize the designs for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA)
- Update ISO, NPD/ NPI documentation for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects that meets the required specifications by the defined scheduled.
Responsibility
- Responsible for design and detailing of components and systems for "Made in India" machines used for industrial production.
- Responsible for getting design concepts, evaluated through soft and experimental validations.
- Understand requirements, create design concepts, perform design calculations and create 3D CAD Models, 2D detailed drawings and layout drawings.
- Responsible for creating relevant technical documentation and service/ maintenance standred.
- Performs task with care; is through and checks work to ensure accuracy and completenes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct contact/ personal calls, feedback forms in collaboration with Marketing Departments.
- Stays focused on results in spite of distractions, interruptions and competing demands.
- Maintains up to date proficiency with the use of development software (E.g.- Solid works, E- Plan and P&ID; etc.)
- Testing and verification of PLC Automation for proper machine operation based on machine specifications & planned desired functional logics.
