As Trackier continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive scalable pipeline growth through a combination of performance marketing,



marketing operations, and growth initiatives.
This role is critical in ensuring that marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes through effective acquisition strategies, optimized conversion funnels, robust marketing operations, and strategic growth partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google,LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant acquisition channels
- Develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, and conversion flows
- Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and dev teams to improve campaign performan
