Role Description: This onsite role is part of the global Citrix operations team, supporting 24/7 coverage to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure resilience. This role should manage, optimize, and support Amgen Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across global enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Load Balancer combined with knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance,



and security of Citrix solutions that support Amgen’s mission-critical applications and end-user platforms. It involves close collaboration with infrastructure teams, technical leads, and global support teams to deliver highly available and secure virtual desktop solutions. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence are essential. Please note, this is an in office role based in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and compliance
- Maintain the health and resiliency of Citrix environments including Citrix Cloud and Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Perform patching, updates, and system upgrades in line with enterprise change management policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving Citrix, user sessions, and backend integration
- Serve as the technical escalation point for Citrix-related issues within IT operation
