A Day in the Life

The RAS Training Specialist plays a critical role in building the capability of Medtronic's Regional Surgical Robotics organization across Asia Regional Led Markets. This position partners with commercial, marketing, medical education and cross-functional teams to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs focused on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technologies, procedures and disease-state education. Using a blend of technical expertise, clinical knowledge and adult learning principles, the specialist equips field teams with the product,



procedural and competitive knowledge required to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. This role supports new hire onboarding, field readiness and ongoing career development, while helping the organization stay current with market dynamics and evolving technologies. The position includes regional travel and may require non-traditional work hours to support training activities across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Deliver education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, therapies, procedures and disease-state initiatives across the gastrointestinal, lung, abdominal wall and pelvic care continuum.
