We’re Hiring – : Telecaller / BDE

Job Title: Telecaller / BDE
Location : Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
Salary : Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months (in telecalling or sales)
Qualification : Graduation Mandatory
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART, Praid India, and the company website.
* Call potential customers to understand their requirements and share product details.
* Prepare and send quotations to customers.
* Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
* Maintain sales and purchase records, including billing and invoicing.
* Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
* Maintain customer data and communication history.
* Use computer applications (Excel, Word, email, etc.) efficiently.
Required Skills:
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
* Knowledge of lead management from IndiaMART / Praid India preferred.
* Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
