As a Senior Technical Writer in Zimperium, you will author internal and customer-facing documentation for several highly technical products.

This role requires understanding various product areas, working with a cross-functional team, along with authoring documents including release notes, user guides, API documents, and other documentation deliverables in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Interact with the subject matter experts including developers, product managers,



customer support and sales to understand software deliverables to provide release notes and other documents for general availability releases.

Research, analyze data and test new and existing software to develop documentation content.

Robust ability to grasp technical concepts and ensure accuracy of customer-facing documentation.

Develop product information with simple and concise English by organizing ideas and translating complex technical terms into information readers can understand.

Understand and ensure documentation attributes of task orientation, accuracy, completeness, clarity, concreteness, organization, retrievability, and visual effectiveness.
