Job Description:
As a Digital Marke;ng Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and execu;ng digital
marke;ng strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Your primary focus
will be on PPC, SEM, Linkedin Ads, Display Marke;ng, and Promo;onal Marke;ng channels
to drive lead genera;on. You will work closely with the management and opera;ons team to
plan, op;mize campaigns, analyze data, and implement strategies for maximum impact.
Key Responsibili,es:
- Develop and implement digital marke;ng campaigns to drive lead genera;on via
PPC, SEM, Linkedin Ads - inMails, Display Marke;ng, and Promo;onal Marke;ng.
- Conduct keyword analysis and u;lize SEO best prac;ces to improve website visibility
and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Adwords campaigns, analyze performance using Google Analy;cs,
and create custom marke;ng dashboards for tracking key metrics.
- U;lize Hubspot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools for lead qualifica;on and CRM
management.
- Conduct A/B tes;ng, implement drip marke;ng campaigns, and segment target
audiences for personalized marke;ng efforts.




- Implement remarke;ng strategies to re-engage website visitors and target specific
audience segments effec;vely.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marke;ng trends and tools, including Semrush,
Ahrefs, Moz, and others, and leverage them to optimized campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-func;onal teams including content, design, and product to
ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marke;ng with a focus on lead genera;on and
PPC/SEM campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marke;ng campaigns across
various channels.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword analysis, and Google Adwords.
- Proficiency in Google Analy;cs and other analy;cs tools for performance tracking
and repor;ng.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot, Zoho CRM, or similar pla]orms.
