ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who lives and breathes paid advertising.



You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Google and Meta, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, lead quality, and ROI. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who wants to own a function and grow with it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own & execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) from strategy to optimisation.
- Drive pipeline generation by running targeted campaigns focused on lead quality and conversion, not just volume.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently — allocate, monitor and optimise spend to maximise ROAS and minimise CAC.
- Build and test audience segments, creatives, copy variations and landing pages through structured A/B experiments.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other tools — with a clear view on what's working and what's not.
