Job Description
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of proven experience in project management
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills
