Senior Group Controller - IT & Finance Controlling

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Group Controlling Manager, you will act as a key Business Partner for Group IT and Finance functions. You will ensure strong financial governance, transparency and performance monitoring across Finance and Digital activities, while supporting strategic initiatives such as Auro-ra (SAP4/Hana implementation) and Finance Transformation programs.

YOUR MISSION
- Central
Finance system Master data management: support to local entities, manage
resolution of technical issues with Indian Digital team.
- Finance & IT Functions Controlling (F&BT;): Perform monthly
financial follow-up and variance analysis across all functions, lead the outlook
process with detailed tracking on Business Excellence and Finance
Transformation projects, challenge assumptions and provide actionable
insights, support cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives. Prepare
Business case for IT projects.



Act as Trusted Finance Business Partner to achieve
annual cost target.
- Aurora Project (SAP4/Hana implementation): support Management
Committee with monthly follow-up, Business Plan and Outlook processes

YOUR PROFILE
- Master degree or equivalent in Finance with a Minimum of 5 years’
experience in Controlling
- Solid Experience in SAP FI/CO in an international and industrial
group
- Advance practice of Excel & Power BI ideally
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player & Business partnering
- Ability to lead & navigate within a matrixial organization
- Result orientation
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
