Job Title: Faculty in Data Science

Experience: 2+ Years of relevant work exp. (Overall 4-5 yrs)

The faculty will be part of a team of faculty who will provide face-to-face and online classes in the domain of Data Science, ML, and DL.

The faculty will

- Deliver standard, customized and advanced-level analytical training courses

- Work on designing and developing training material.

- Prepare and deliver mentoring services for students/customers to increase students’

knowledge of analytics in the industry.

- Handhold, mentor and transfer knowledge to trainers

- Take care of entire training schedules, calendar preparation, and mapping faculty

- Take entire responsibility for the smooth flow of training activities on an end-to-end basis.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Deliver analytical courses, mentoring services, and workshops at training Centres,

customer sites and also on online training.

- Work with the Manager to develop training curriculum, and future training requirements and assist with the launch of the current requirements.

- Manage student queries, and evaluate student assignments and case studies.

- Contribute to the development and preparation of training materials.

- Conduct research to identify new course topics related to analytics methods and how to apply the methods to specific scientific or business applications.

- Assist other trainers in workshop sessions for training courses, including advanced courses.

- Serve as a subject matter expert to sales at respective centres for analytical concepts,

methods, and applications.

- Provide feedback to the content team regarding course quality issues and recommends enhancements.

- Work on special projects,



which may include internal and external advanced analytical training projects, independently or under the direction of a senior analytical trainer or a project leader.

- Build analytics case studies and acquire the subject matter expertise necessary to relate advanced analytical methods to specific scientific and business applications.

- Build and manage a knowledge base of information on advanced analytics.

- Travel may be required from time to time.

Requirements

- Preferably an Economics / Mathematics / Statistics Graduate (Post / Under) or an

Engineer with relevant experience in business analytics and/ or teaching/training experience in the related field.

- A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Business Intelligence / Business Analytics is preferred.

- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in business analytics and teaching data analysis.

- Considerable knowledge of training methodologies, curriculum development, and training media.

- Hands-on experience in the application of analytics in business would be a plus.

- Experience in implementing BI / DL projects in the industry would be a plus with a focus on languages such as Python and advanced python libraries

- Ability to write, edit technical documents and related analytical concepts and applications to students with non-analytical backgrounds;

- Proficient in basic analytical skills and concepts; Advanced presentation, interpersonal communication and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with students with various technical backgrounds;

- Good public speaking ability; Self-motivated and desire for continual learning are a must.
