Designer(Shop Drawings and Fabrication drawings) – The designer should be capable of creating solutions as per project requirements and site conditions. He/She should be able to propose different solutions for further approval. Should have a good understanding of the functionality of the façade elements. Should have a positive understanding of water and air barriers in the facade

Technical:

- Education – BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil engineering / Arch.

- Experience – Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Façade design.

- - ​​​​​​​Understanding of basic principles of Façade.





- Understanding of water and air barrier in façade system.

- Handle bespoke designs of façade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems etc.

- Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel

- AutoCad 2D & 3D

- Understanding the sequence of installation.

Good to have

- Knowledge of hands-on experience of 3D design software like Autocad 3D, Inventor, 3D Max
