Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Extrusion machines and other related ancillary equipment during the shift hours.
- To ensure production output meets daily and monthly scheduled with zero defects.
- Set, monitor and adjust the process parameters for Extrusion processes.’
- To manage and optimize raw material processing like PP, PET, PC, ABS, PPCP, etc
- To plan and utilize the manpower efficiently to improve the productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure strict statutory compliances and EHS guidelines during production.
- To work closely with QA,
ensuring adherence to product quality standards and specifications.
- To analyse defects and implement corrective actions and Preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Operate and set parameters for automation equipment RM conveying systems.
- To achieve shift wise and plant wise objectives and KPI.
- To Develop, Update and Implement SOP’s and work instructions to the team.
- Train and guide team members for skill enhancement and process adherence.
- To utilize knowledge of Quality systems, SAP, TPM, LEAN manufacturing and RCA to improve the operations.
- To maintain 5s in extrusion area.
