Job Responsibilities
- Run the machine as per the ser parameters and production schedules, for continuous and smooth operations.
- Ensuring proper production of sheet as per quality standards with minimum rejection.
- To perform routine cleaning and minor adjustments, report breakdowns and assist with maintenance team when required while informing to superior.
- To follow safety rules, PPE’s and 5s compliance.
- Load and use the Raw materials correctly, reduce wastage and effective material consumption.
- To maintain accurate production output, downtime and process details in shift logbooks.
- Ensuring proper communication while shift handover and takeover.
