Team Leader(System Drawings and Shop Drawings)– Façade design plays a big role in the Project Design. The Team Leader should be capable of handling the project independently for system drawing submission and approval. He/She should be capable of creating solutions on own following the proje ct specification and keeping the architect's intent. He/She should be able to propose and conclude shop drawings for UCW, stick system, Spider glazing, and other claddings

- ​​Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project.
- Understand the client’s BIM models and create the Façade model in accordance.
- Work planning and time estimation.
- Design team capacity analysis and planning
- Optimized designs as per project requirement
- Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
- Understand the client's requirement

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge:-

- Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
- Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for the entire team
- Technical:
- Education – BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering




- Experience – Experience in Façade design. Exposure in ME preferred.

Skills Required:-

- Understanding of basic principles of Façade like Rain screen, drainage and pressure equalization.
- Understanding of different building movements and their effect on façade design.
- Handle bespoke designs of façade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems, etc.
- Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
- AutoCad 2D & 3D
- 3D software
- Understanding the sequence of installation.

Positive to have knowledge of hands-on experience in 3D design software like Autocad 3D, Inventor, 3D Max

- Delivery timeline adherence (BOM/Shop drawings)

- Train the design team to create/enhance the skill set
