We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the overall F&B; operations at a reputed 4-star property in Jaipur.

The role requires strong operational leadership, revenue management capability, and a guest-first mindset to ensure exceptional dining experiences while maintaining profitability and service standards.

The F&B; Manager will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, banquet services, bar operations, and team performance across all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of all F&B; outlets.

- Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.

- Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B; supervisors and service teams.

- Coordinate with Executive Chef for menu planning and promotions.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.





- Handle guest escalations and VIP service coordination.

- Plan and execute banquet and event service operations.

- Maintain inventory control and vendor coordination.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B; operations.

- At least 2 years in managerial capacity.

- Experience in 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Financial acumen and cost control experience.

- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
