Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations related to Export Pricing and Export Logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all export-related transactions.
- Perform detailed cost calculations and pricing analysis to support competitive and profitable export pricing strategies.
- Maintain and update all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc.) in compliance with export regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors and freight forwarders to obtain competitive export freight rates and service quotes.
- Ensure compliance with export customs regulations, export control laws, and Incoterms,



proactively addressing any regulatory updates.
- Support and oversee export shipping documentation, including preparation and verification of required paperwork for smooth customs clearance and cargo movement.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, etc.) and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective export shipments.
- Monitor changes in international trade regulations, export incentives, EXIM policies, and industry trends to optimize export pricing and operational strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics regulations.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in compliance with customs and understanding of incoterms.

- Familiarity with ERP and SAP systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including advanced formulas), and

PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent execution and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team, effectively following verbal and written instructions.
- A proactive and meticulous approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to think innovatively and deliver out-of-the-box solutions.

- Current knowledge of industry trends, EXIM policies, and international logistics regulations.
- Strong execution, coordination, and organizational skills.
