We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EXIM Specialist to manage and coordinate all export and import operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and effective documentation. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of customs processes, shipping procedures, and international trade practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all documentation for export & import shipments (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and transporters
- Monitor and track shipments from origin to delivery
- Ensure timely clearance from customs and ports
Criteria Details
Education
Graduate (Preferably in Commerce / International Trade)
Preferred
PG in EXIM, MBA in International Business, or Diploma in Export-Import Management
Experience
3–5 years in EXIM or international logistics
Software Knowledge
MS Excel, Tally, SAP (optional), DGFT portal, ICEGATE
Other Skills
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, documentation, and trade compliance
