We are looking for a seasoned Export Manager to lead end-to-end export operations with a strong focus on merchandising, product sampling, buyer & customer coordination, production quality,

and compliance. This role carries full operational ownership of export accounts post sales. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed product exports to major retailers across North

America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the post sales export lifecycle from product merchandising, development,

production follow-through to shipment execution

- Manage product sampling, approvals, and design adaptation per buyer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, product development, QA, logistics,

planning) for smooth execution and timely delivery

- Lead planning with a focus on granular execution, cross-functional alignment, and exception management
- Handle all third-party audits and ensure retailer-specific compliance protocols are met
- Develop and enforce meticulous Time & Action (TNA) calendars for each account and ensure proactive milestone tracking




- Maintain solid customer relationships with international retail clients for post-sales liaison
- Monitor P&L; for each export account, driving cost control and process efficiency
- Oversee packaging, labelling, and logistics documentation in line with buyer standards and destination market norms

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in export operations, merchandising, and buyer coordination
- Strong experience handling exports to big-box retailers like Walmart, IKEA, Target,

Lowe’s, Asda, etc.

- Proven track record in TNA planning, execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination
- In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, third-party audits, and buyer documentation
- Hands-on approach with a bias for detail, accountability, and timeline ownership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in cookware, kitchenware, textiles, or general merchandise exports
- Familiarity with retailer compliance systems (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Target SPM)
- Degree in International Business, Supply Chain operations or related field
