About the Role




Reporting into the President of International Commercial, OUS, the General Manager India Region will lead CMR Surgical’s India regional strategy and operations, driving sales, market share, and profitability by setting business goals, overseeing all aspects of the commercial business, leading the commercial strategy building organizational capability, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
Key responsibilities include driving the clinical and capital sales growth, developing and implementing strategic business plans, managing P&L;, identifying growth opportunities, building and coaching solid teams, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role requires deep knowledge of the India region market, strong business development skills, and the ability to manage complex landscapes and regulatory environments.​
