Roles & Responsbilities:

1. Responsible for setting up, launching and establishing the corporate division in India
2. Building a Go to market strategy for acquiring and establishing SME / Enterprise customers
3. Hire, train and mentor the corporate sales team
4. Define and implement sales and operational processes, goals and other key metrics for the
department
5. Work with legal, finance and marketing to define polices for the division
6.



Drive business growth and achieve sales and revenue targets
7. Conduct product trainings for the team and demo’s for customers to ensure optimum
usage of the SBT
8. Work with product team to enhance the SBT based on business understanding and
customer feedback
Candidate:
1. 15+ years of experience with corporate travel management companies handling SME and Enterprise accounts
2. Proven experience in sales, recent client acquisition, business development, key account
management and team management
3. Excellent understating of the business travel landscape in the India market
4. Experience of working with online platforms / SBT’s is a must
5. Strong network of existing clients with good relationships at CXO / decision maker level
6. An entrepreneurial bent of mind with excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Prior experience in corporate travel is a must
