Position Overview:

We are excited to announce an opening for Supervisor, Technology Testing at MCC India. Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.

Actively participate and contribute to the comprehensive testing strategy and execution for complex data engineering pipelines and product delivery initiatives. Drive quality assurance across integrated systems, data workflows, and customer-facing applications while coordinating cross-functional testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day testing activities for data pipelines,



ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms
- Ensure test cases are executed as per defined test strategies, plans, and schedules
- Monitor test progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Validate that testing activities cover ingestion, transformation, lineage, and data consumption layers
- Oversee creation and execution of test cases for data ingestion, transformation, and output validation
- Ensure data quality checks, schema validation, and reconciliation rules are correctly implemented and executed
- Support testing of batch and streaming data workflows, including regression and performance testing
- Verify data integrity across environments and ensure alignment with defined business rules
- Take ownership of test execution, defect management, and documentation
- Lead testing tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to testing standards and bes
